Greetings, my mortal friend,
My kind is not known for revealing their secrets without conditions, but I have been feeling generous these millennia. When you are ready, my dear reader, I, Samael, will personally narrate an adult urban fantasy noir for you, complete with all the elements you might expect: a high-stakes magical conflict, a secret otherworld, and a street-wise but compassionate detective who finds himself in over his head while uncovering a supernatural mystery.
A calamitous drug on the rise, known on the streets as Sintrip, incites Detective Velic to unite a team of unlikely allies, both mortal and otherwise, including the mysterious Aniel. Contrary to the lone wolf detective you might expect, Velic relies heavily on his team and their unique abilities.
Set within Mazarath, a post-war city already on the brink of collapse, Velic and Aniel plunge themselves into the underworld in search of Sintrip's creator, arriving at the front doors of Mazarath’s most ruthless gangsters.
Still not convinced? How about a compelling vampire romance? A team of demon-hunting mercenaries? Done and done.
